The Legend of Zelda & The Lack of Completion

It’s only taken me ten years or so, but I finally got around to beating the Zelda game for Nintendo 64.  I was sitting around my apartment last weekend, bored and decided to pull out the old N64 and reminisce.  When I put Zelda in, I found a game half-beaten, circa 2001.  Realizing the unjust nature, I poured myself into the game, starting over to receive the full experience of the 64 bit graphics and epic storyline.  After a week of playing intermittent parts, I finally tackled the boss on Sunday morning.  It was great to goof off and think about playing it when I was a kid.  I was also satisfied knowing that 10 years later, I’m still entertained by the same game that kept me enthralled in my early teens.  Shows you how much I’ve grown up :)
